By booking a service with Sveti Cleaning Services, you agree to the following:

Bookings & Access
Clients must provide access at the scheduled time. If access is not available, a fee may apply.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Late cancellations or rescheduling may incur a fee.

Payments
Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed. Invoices are issued through our system.

Scope of Work
Services are based on the agreed quote. Any additional work requested will be quoted separately.

End of Lease & Builders Cleans
We aim to meet agent and handover standards; however, results depend on the property’s condition and time allocated.

Add-On Services
Additional services such as carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and oven cleaning must be requested at the time of booking.

Damage & Liability
Any existing damage must be reported prior to service. We are not liable for pre-existing damage.

Health & Safety
We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if the environment is unsafe or poses a risk.
